The moment you all have been waiting for! You just didn’t know it yet! I’ve been dreaming of prowlers since my trip to Arizona last summer. When box-hopping all over the greater Phoenix area I visited CrossFit Prescott and was jazzed to see so many and get to use them.
So…. of course the WOD will include the prowlers. Don’t eat a big breakfast.
We’ll also be catching everyone up on the 1 rep max’s for all the major lifts.

First a warm up (TBA)
WOD: Intervals of 20 seconds work followed by 10 seconds rest 8 times in each of the following:
• Row
• Squat
• Pull ups
• Push ups
• Sit ups
We move right from one station to the next after the 8 intervals are up. There is no rest between.
We will save our Wendler strength sets for after the WOD.
