Here are a few updates for you to know about:
- FRIDAY: A special workout will be held at 5 p.m. Friday to welcome special visitors Joe, officiant at Kaye’s Celebration of Life, and Allen, guest programmer of Imperial CrossFit. WOD will be announced at the gym.
- SATURDAY: Due to preparations for Kaye’s Celebration of Life (Updated Details Here), one Saturday class will be held at 7:30 a.m.
- SUNDAY: April 1st begins a special 30-Day Paleo Challenge with Kinsey Jackson. Please click here for more info and to sign up. Proceeds will support our box!
