photo(787)So remember when we joked that we would watch the video footage of this challenge last week to judge the solid versus no reps? Well, we did. And the hilarious results may surprise you. We will post to our YouTube channel this week and add it to the website for your careful review. We love our CFUM family: You are the funniest — and fittest — people around!

NEWEST UPCOUNTRY HAMMAH

photo(33)

Krystle Casimiro photo

One of our favorite couples, Chris and Krystle, met their first son, Mason Kiopa’a Boyze Casimiro Coleon, at 3:48 p.m. Nov. 28. This Upcountry hammah is 8 pounds, 3 ounces and 21.5 inches. That’s about 3.7 kilos for you lifters. We couldn’t be happier for the fit family (Kamele is already singing to Mason!). Mason, judging from your mom and dad — you’re going to be one amazing athlete! Can’t wait to meet you. You are well loved.
