Time for resolutions! Time to set some goals! Add CrossFit to your list and your fitness goals will be easy to achieve. Intensity = results!

Classes will resume on Monday January 4th. I will be offering a Basics class this week on Wednesday and Friday at 10:00 AM. If you are new to CrossFit this is the place to start. You will be required to attend the basics classes before jumping in with the regular group classes. Contact me to reserve a place.
