Burgener warm up followed by handstand practice. Depending on which WOD you missed earlier in the week you can do makeups on the bench press or deadlifts.

Then Tabata’s! Today we are alternating for 8 cycles in each of the following (done as paired):

Pull ups/box jumps

Dumbell burpees/kettlebell swings

Air squats/floor wipers
