Some ideas:
Run 5K for time
Run 10k for time
5 rounds for time- 100 single unders or 30 double unders
Run four 400m- time each one and take 2 minutes rest between
Run three 800m- time each one and take 3 minutes rest between
Get on your bike and ride uphill
Carry something heavy uphill doing intervals (Hiking Haleakala crater with a 50 lb pack counts!)
