Sunday is FUN day!  Whatever you do, you will most likely get very, very wet!

Tomorrow is March 1st.  We are starting two new challenges.  The first is The Paleo Challenge (Take two for some of us.) The second is the “100 Burpee Challenge.”  Each day, separately from the WOD, we do a burpee, then add one as the days progress, up to 100 burpees on the 100th day.  We will see who can last the longest and make it to June 8th!
