Many of you have already heard/read the news: CrossFit is going strong on Maui and several of our athletes, including Coach Kaye, have been quoted in a recent Maui News article published on January 31st.
This is very exciting for all of us at CrossFit UpCountry Maui, and we think the author did a great job of painting the picture of what we do. What a great way to start 2010.
