Today we will review and practice the hang cleans, power cleans and squat cleans.

Then the WOD: AMRAP in 20 minutes:

5 Dumbell get-ups (each side)

10 Hang cleans

15 Box jumps

20 Kettlebell swings (just got some new HEAVIER ones!!)

Our group of newbies will complete their “Ground Up” classes today and we will have a little celebration when the WOD is over.
