Kettlebell swings and double unders! Wednesday, April 21
Today we are starting something new. When you arrive, check out the Warm-Up that is posted on the board and get on it. There will also be a skill or two to practice in the event you end up waiting on the stragglers. Be sure to arrive early with plenty of time to complete the Warm Up so we have ample time to cover some new kettlebell moves before the WOD including H2H swings, one arm 1/2 rotation swings and dead cleans.
