Saturday is the day to go out and MOVE! Get your heart rate up any way you like. Some ideas:
- practice your double unders for 30 minutes!
- uphill interval sprints
- mountain biking
- road biking uphill
- paddling
- hit the track for some 400m repeats or climb all the bleachers
