Mega Metcon on May Day! Saturday, May 1st

Saturday is the day to go out and MOVE!  Get your heart rate up any way you like.  Some ideas:

  • practice your double unders for 30 minutes!

  • uphill interval sprints
  • mountain biking
  • road biking uphill
  • paddling
  • hit the track for some 400m repeats or climb all the bleachers
