Olympic Weighlifting Clinic! Monday, May 3

How lucky we are to have Veronica Gozar Carpenter join us this week from Team Sacramento Olympic Weightlifting!

Veronica will give us a great overview of the olympic moves and their applications for sport and general heath and fitness. She’ll teach the importance of technique, safety and equipment and how to bail out as well as use spotters.  After meeting Veronica and her husband George, I know we are in for a real treat! Come prepared to practice some snatches! (And of course there will be a hard WOD after the clinic!)
