Today we begin a new strength program! Be ready to tackle each of the following over the course of the week: deadlifts, squats, bench press and overhead press. Yes, thanks to our new Virtual Coach, Jor, we begin the Wendler strength cycle! Details when you arrive…. bring your notebooks!

After our warm up (check the board when you come in and get on it!) today’s focus will be the bench press; Week 1, Wave 1.

WOD: AMRAP in 4 minutes:
10 dips
10 true push ups (you’ll see)
10 DB bench press
Rest 3 minutes and repeat for a total of four cycles.
