Strength: Squats; 5-3-1 (check chart for your percentages)

WOD: revisiting an old favorite! AMRAP in 3 minutes:

  • 5 Front squat
  • 5 Push press
  • 5 Pull ups

Rest 3 minutes and repeat for a total of 4 cycles.
