Strength: Beginning a new cycle for those of you with 1 RM in the bench press, your new charts will be in your new folders! Others without a 1 RM will get one.

WOD: AMRAP in 3 minutes;

5 push ups

10 DB cleans

15 DB push press

Rest 2 minutes and repeat for a total of 4 cycles.
