Warm up with SMR on foam rollers

Strength: Bench (check your new charts for this weeks calculations.)

WOD:  Another favorite!  AMRAP in 4 minutes:

  • 10 ring dips
  • 10 tru push ups
  • 10 DB bench presses

Rest 3 minutes and repeat three more times for a total of four cycles
