• Mobility drills
• 30 second alternating handstand holds and squat holds

Strength: Back Squat and/or Press

The WOD: Michael; 3 rounds for time:
•800m run
•50 back extensions
•50 sit-ups

Remember! All WODs are scalable and we can sub rowing or jumping for running.
