To Anthony, with love! Sept. 25

One of the coolest things about CrossFit is the friends you make even from halfway around the world!  Anthony Gnani, from CrossFit Parma in Parma, Italy, has become a good friend of CrossFit UpCountry Maui.  He asked me to send a t-shirt.   So, Anthony, your t-shirt is in the mail! A handful of the beautiful women at our box helped send it off. Let’s see how long it takes for a t-shirt to get to Italy from Maui!

Saturday’s workout:

Warm up: 6 rounds:
10m jog followed by 10m backwards jog
Mobility drills

Skill: L-sits
Strength: Back Squats or Press

WOD: “Thunder Thighs”

5 pistols (each leg)
10 thrusters
20 DB OH walking lunges

Complete 3 rounds; rest 2 minutes.  Repeat for a total of 4 cycles
