New wall ball targets mean…. Oct 20
Yep, you guessed it! Wall balls. And now they are even better with true 10′ targets to hit. Several are complete with a few more to come. Don’t fight over Pukie. This one is for Lisa! Incidentally, if you do meet Pukie during a WOD you get to sign this back board!
One of our old favorites from back in the garage box days…. a 3 person team WOD:
25 wall balls • Double unders • GHD sit ups
While one team member throws 25 wall balls, the second does double unders (or singles) and the third does GHD sit ups. When the first person finishes the wall balls each person rotates to the next station, making it through all three stations. Repeat for a total of six rounds (or 150 wall balls each!)
