1 Rep Max Week! Tues, Jan 4

Our New Years is off to a great start! Fabulous new PR’s were set Monday for the Press. We will continue to get 1 rep max’s all week in the major lifts; the Press, Bench, Deadlift and Squat.

Kaye’s paleo cookies were a hit! Nova reports that Sydney loved them too (despite the expression in the last photo!)  She ate two of them! The recipe will be at the box.

After all that we will get our new 1 rep max with the deadlift.

The WOD;

100 double Unders (300 singles)
then 7 rounds of
5 deadlifts
10 box jumps
15 KB swings
and finish with another 100 double unders (300 singles)
