Have a Sore Spot? Wed, Jan 19
Good thing I am back at the WODs myself now. I truly can relate to your sore spots. I feel your pain. It has also forced me to reprogram some of the WODs I had planned for the week. If you came Monday and Tuesday you’d kill me if I told you to lift any thing overhead today. So I just won’t tell you what you WERE going to do.
