It’s been ages since we last did Jonesworthy.  Down at the track last summer to be exact.  Time to get some new numbers on the board!

Warm up:
800m run
100′ walking lunges
50 GHD sit ups

WOD: Jonesworthy! 6 rounds for time: (use reps given for each round)
Squat 80-64-50-32-16-8 reps
KB Swing 40-32-25-16-8-4 reps
Pull ups 20-16-12-8-4-2 reps
