30 to 40 mph winds and sideways rain didn’t keep people from the box Saturday.  Let’s hope the weather cooperates today for another awesome WOD!

Warm Up: 5 minutes of jumping rope. You can choose to do singles or doubles but here’s the deal…. Every time you miss a jump you will do 15 abmat or GHD sit ups.
