A “Win” -vs- “Winning.” Wed, Apr 13

The true definition of a “win” is not crossing the finish line first or getting the fastest time.  A “win” is when you “intend to do something and do it” or “intend NOT to do something and don’t.  For instance, if your intention is to come to the box today and do the WOD, and you do, that is most certainly a “win.” If you intend not to eat any sugar or wheat today and you don’t that too is a “win.” Come into the box today and be prepared to share one of your many “wins.”

Here is Sheila getting a “win” on Monday as she intended to do “Daniel” as Rx’d and she did.  Ironically she also had the fasted time so one could also argue she is a double winner! Way to go Sheila!
