Welcome Jeff & Lara! Thurs, July 7th

We have special visitors from CrossFit West Sacramento. Jeff, co-owner, and his wife, Laura, were looking for a box out of the ordinary. They found it!  It’s always great to have a visiting coach who just can’t wait to jump in and help someone.  Thanks Jeff for nurturing some of my members!  They’ve been invited to come coach for us!  Hopefully we will see them a few more times this week.


Our o-lift program continues. If a picture paints a thousand words then a video paints a million. This says it all about the snatch.

On to the WOD. Bringing back an old favorite…. a CHIPPER!
Start with a 200m run. Then do 25 reps of:
Burpees, Rotational Twist, V-Ups
200m run, 20 reps of
Burpess, Rotational Twists, V-Ups
200m run, 15 reps of
Burpess, Rotational Twists, V-Ups
200m run, 10 reps of
Burpees, Rotational Twist, V-Ups
