LEANing Challenge Party! Thurs, Aug 11

An exciting moment awaits the participants who have just completed this 6 week challenge.  It’s not about inches or pounds lost but who’s appearance has visibly changed the most.  The challengers have submitted before and after photos and the judges will make the call in the morning.  There is a $240 purse for the winner! We will celebrate everyone’s success (including those who didn’t officially enter the challenge but have most definitely morphed) Thursday right after the 8:00 AM class.  Feel free to bring something to share.

Kudos to those who came in for the killer WOD Wednesday.  Incredible efforts and fabulous progress!
