It’s Party Time!
There will be no 9:00 AM WOD.
Instead we will have a holiday gathering, gift exchange and potluck!
All other classes will remain the same.

WARM UP:
Group S T R E T C H

WOD “12 Days of CrossFit”
In this workout you will start by doing one repetition at the first station. Then two reps at the second station and one at the first again. On the third round you will do three repetitions at station one, two at station two and one rep at station one, continuing this pattern through all twelve stations.
