SCHEDULING NOTE: Due to Memorial Day, we will have a condensed holiday schedule — one class at 8 a.m. this Monday. We will be doing a Hero WOD to recognize our U.S. military active duty and veteran service members. Come out and sweat to mark their sacrifice!

UPCOMING EVENT: Work out with local CF athletes while supporting the Special Operations Foundation at 4 p.m. Saturday, July 4, at CrossFit Maui in Kihei. Participants will perform the Hero WOD “Murph,” and a $25 entry fee, which includes a T-shirt, will benefit the foundation. Mark you calendars for the Fourth of July — hang out with the Valley Isle CF community and back a good cause! Mahalo to CF Maui for organizing and hosting!
