Noah is two weeks in and already has kipping pull-ups. If you haven’t met Mariah and Peter’s friend, say hello. He has a ton of funny sayings and a collection of hilarious T-shirts. Noah is a riot, and always goes hard in the WODs. We’re stoked to have him.
Here’s the workout for Thursday, May 24, 2012:
A. Make up strength / skill
Use the first 20 minutes of class to make up missed lifts and skill work, or to stretch. This is your last chance to get in linear lifts for the week. We are testing next Wednesday and Thursday!
