Instead of skill work, we will take the first 20 minutes of class to make up missed lifts, finding your 1RM or EST 1RM for the back squat, press and/or deadlift. If you haven’t missed lifts, use this time as open gym.

10 HR push-ups
20 box jumps
30 reverse lunge steps (15 per side)
