Yoga for CrossFitters will be held from 9 to 10 a.m. Thursday (today). Ann Van Patten leads you through an hour of stretching, which will lengthen your muscles and ultimately allow for greater strength. Bring a mat.

YOGA and OPEN GYM ROTATING SCHEDULE: Yoga is on an alternating Thursday schedule with open gym. Next week open gym will be held from 9 to 10 a.m. Yoga is slated the week after, and so on. Please check the website for last-minute schedule changes. Namaste!
