Take the first 25 minutes of class to make up missed lifts or skill work.

B. Metcon

Two rounds for time:

Run 800 meters

40 double-unders

30 sit-ups

20 dumbbell renegade rows (25/35) (10/side)

10 burpees

Thursdays is an alternating class of yoga and open gym. This week open gym will be held for the 9 to 10 a.m. time slot. If you are planning to do the Reebok CrossFit Games Open Workout 13.2, you may come in and do it then. Please talk to a coach ahead of time to make sure you have someone to verify your score.
