SCHEDULE UPDATES
THURSDAY: Open gym at 4:30 p.m. instead of Olympic weightlifting class due to coach’s vacation. Weightlifting at 9 a.m. will be held as scheduled.
FRIDAY: Single class at 8:30 a.m. due to Fourth of July holiday
SATURDAYS: Effective this month, starting Saturday, July 5 — CrossFit group class will move to 8 a.m.; weightlifting and open gym will be held from 9 to 11 a.m.
