We’ve come a long way in a short time.

Looking back at old photos, our beloved box is barely recognizable. We remember a time when it seemed impossible to see past the oil troughs, metal mesh dividers and a massive engine hoist in this defunct Maui Land and Pine automotive shop. Now, with a nearly finished lifting room and expanded metcon side, a shower under way, painting slated, new  Rogue equipment coming and more classes being offered at the turn of the new year, we can’t deny that impossible is very possible.

It just takes one step at a time.

Like we’ve said, things can never take the place of people. You came first — the cool stuff came after. We fell in love with the community and the training; an added bonus is continually offering better tools to enhance your fitness journey, things we’re confident will help you achieve personal records you never thought possible.

We can’t wait to unveil all that’s in store — with no increase in membership prices. It’s just our way of saying thank you to the people who make the work worthwhile. (Hint: That’s you).

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE REMINDER: There will be ONE GROUP class  at 8:30 a.m. However, we have added OPEN GYM from 4 to 6 p.m. on New Year’s Eve, where you can WOD with coaches or get in your own programming. We are closed New Year’s Day. Have a safe holiday!

20 box jumps (24/20)

20 overhead alternating lunges (95/65)

20 chest-to-bar pull-ups

20 ring dips

20 power cleans (95/65)

20 double-unders

20-calorie row

20 front squats (95/65)

20 strict sit-ups

20 American kettlebell swings (53/35)

20 push presses (95/65)

20 burpees

Each partner must complete 20 reps of each of the above movements. Only one person works at a time. * Both must run 200 meters after each round. If both partners can go unbroken on any of the exercises, team does not have to run 200 meters and may move directly to next movement.
