A. In 6:00, complete the following with a teammate, switching when Partner 1 returns from the run:
Partner 1: 200-meter run
Partner 2: AMRAP 8-calorie row + 4 burpees over the erg
B. Every 1:30 for 9 minutes: 1 push press + 1 jerk (push or split)
Increase weight as form allows to build to a challenging set of two
C. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
6 Power Cleans (165/115 lbs)
12 Hand-Release Push-Ups
D. Every minute, on the minute, for 6 minutes:
Minute 1 – 8-10 supine rows on rings or bar @ 2111
Minute 2 – 45 second prone plank hold
