Run 200 meters or row 250 meters
10 box jumps
10 med-ball sit-ups
B. Mobility
C. In teams of two, partners alternate full sets to complete 5 sets each of the following:
5 overhead squats
15 Russian kettlebell swings (70/53)
30 double-unders
* Choose a weight that will challenge you, but with which you should still be able to complete the 5 reps unbroken
>> On-Ramp or solo workout
3 rounds of the following:
5 snatches
15 Russian kettlebell swings
60 double-unders
