B. Take 15 minutes to build to your best power snatch for the day

C. For time:

600-meter run

Five rounds of the following:

30 double-unders

15 strict sit-ups

5 chest-to-bar pull-ups

600-meter run

300-meter run

Then three to five rounds of the following:

60 singles

15 sit-ups

5 ring rows

300-meter run
