Buy in- 45 synchronized burpees, then in remaining time:

Partner 1: 4 muscle-ups (sub 1 pull-up + 1 dip for 1 MU)

10 air-squats

13 sit-ups

Partner 2: front plank

Partner 3: rest

Continue to rotate until time is called.
