B. Three sets of:

Supine ring rows x 10-12 reps @ 2111

Jumping squats with barbell x 6-8 reps

Side planks x 30 seconds each side

Rest 1:30 between sets

C. Against a 4-minute running clock, complete:

250-meter row

200-meter run

Med-ball sit-ups (20/16) x max reps

Rest 4 minutes between sets, and complete a total of 4 sets.
