45 seconds of front-leaning rest on rings or regular front plank

Rest / transition 15 seconds

45 seconds of face-up Chinese planks (weight is optional)

Rest 75 seconds

B. 20:00 EMOM

Min. 1: Row 150 meters

Min. 2: 12-14 box jump-overs  (24/20)

Min. 3: 14-16 one arm dumbbell snatch (50/35)

Min. 4: 15-20 weighted sit-ups with dumbbell (15/25)
