B. Every 2:00 for 3 sets

Hamstring curls off ball or with band x 10-12 reps 

Side plank x 45 seconds each side

L sit-ups off ground with ball overhead x 10-15

C. 20:00 AMRAP

Min 1: 100-meter run

Min 2: 2/1 legless rope climbs or 3/2 regular rope climbs or 4/3 modified climbs

Min 3: 12 box jump-overs (24/20)

Min 4: 20 ground to overhead with bumper plate (45/25)
