A. Every 2 minutes x12 minutes

Power snatch + hang full snatch (above knee) + OHS

B. In teams of 2, 15 minute AMRAP (reps can be split however unless otherwise stated):

25 hang power snatches (95/65)

20 synchro burpees

15 shoulder to overhead (95/65)

10 synchro OHS (95/65)

5 bar muscle ups

*synchro burpees: chest on the ground at the same time

**synchro OHS: at the bottom and top of the squat at the same time
