B. Bench press

Every 2:00 for 5 sets

Set 1) 5 reps

Set 2) 3 reps

Set 3) 3 reps

Set 4) 1 rep

Set 5) Back off set: Take 50 percent and max out to failure

C. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 9 minutes of:

3 burpees over the DB (50/35)

3 DB snatches

6 Burpees

6 DB snatches

9 Burpees

9 DB snatches

12 Burpees

12 DB snatches

and so on…
