A. Warm-up: Coach’s choice

B. Every 2 minutes x 10 minutes (5 sets) 

Back squat 

Numbers based off of 1 RM back squat 

SET 1: 5 reps @ 40-50%

SET 2: 5 reps @ 50-60%

SETS 3-5: 5 reps @70-75% 

C. For time:

10 thrusters (75/55)

10 burpees

10 pull-ups 

9 thrusters

9 burpees

9 pull-ups 

Then 8 reps of each, 7, 6..down to 1 rep of each
