A. Run 800 meters or row 1K
Then, two rounds:
1:00 front plank
0:45 right plank
0:45 left plank
0:30 rest
B. Deadlift
Take five minutes to warm up to your starting weight, then:
Every 2:00 for 10:00
Set 1: 5 reps at 75%
Set 2: 3 reps at 80%
Set 3: 1 rep at 85%
Set 4: 5 reps at 80%
Set 5: 3 reps at 85%
Do cobras during rest period; if you do not know 1RM, then use a medium-challenging weight for same reps
C. Three rounds for time:
10 alternating pistols (sub: 10 reverse lunges with KBs or modified pistols)
15 ground to overhead (115/75)
10 pull-ups

10 hang power clean and push press
