NEW OPEN GYM SCHEDULE
>> fight those goats during your down time.
Starting this month, we are implementing a new open gym schedule from 8 to 10 a.m. and 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Thursday, along with 8 to 9 a.m. Saturday. The popular MOBWOD mobility class is changing to 8 a.m. Thursday. If you would rather work on your own stuff during that time, feel free to do so.
Open gym will be overseen by a coach; however, we will not program a WOD for these class times. Instead it will be a session where you get to work on your weaknesses, catch up on missed WODs, train with friends or just roll out. You are in charge of your training during these time slots, and you’ll have freedom to decide what you need to do in order to improve.
Everyone has different strengths and weaknesses. So take these class times as an opportunity to tackle those goats head on. Your overall CrossFit ability will skyrocket. Because in the end, you’re the master of your own progress.
Take advantage of these new open classes. See you at the box!
