Strength: Squats; 5-3-1 (check chart for your percentages)
WOD: revisiting an old favorite! AMRAP in 3 minutes:
- 5 Front squat
- 5 Push press
- 5 Pull ups
Rest 3 minutes and repeat for a total of 4 cycles.
