WOD (Workout of the Day)

Huge thanks to the crew who helped clean-up the 82 year old warehouse in Haliimaile today in preparation for the big move!  We will meet at the old location on Monday, Memorial Day at 8:30 (one WOD only!) for our final farewell to the garage!  You are invited to hang out after the WOD for a little “social” and then either help load equipment or help clean the garage.

Thanks to everyone who has offered to help clean the new box! We’ll be sweeping and pressure washing from 7:30 to 9:30 Saturday morning. Please join in the fun! Just think, you could be a part of this work  in progress…

After lots of running and lots of bleachers, we will finish up the week with a fight gone bad style WOD.

One minute in each of the five stations:

• Box Jumps
• Wall Balls
• GHD sit ups
• Deadlifts
• Double Unders

Rest one minute. Repeat three more times.

We will meet Monday for our final WOD in the garage. Since it’s a holiday we are doing just one class at 8:30, followed by a smoothie party on Angie’s lanai, and then a work party to clean the garage.  Wear your overalls.
