After lots of running and lots of bleachers, we will finish up the week with a fight gone bad style WOD.

First round from Thursday's 8:00 AM WOD.

One minute in each of the five stations:

  • Box Jumps
  • Wall Balls
  • GHD sit ups
  • Deadlifts
  • Double Unders

Rest one minute. Repeat three more times.

We will meet Monday for our final WOD in the garage. Since it’s a holiday we are doing just one class at 8:30, followed by a smoothie party on Angie’s lanai, and then a work party to clean the garage.  Wear your overalls.
